We offer a 30 day return policy. All returns must have an RA number (Return Authorization).
Core Charges on some items will apply and must also have an RA number to receive credit. Shipping costs are at customers expence.  All credits will be issued per Glacial Graphics at their discretion. All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.  All Returned Items but be in new un-opened box condition to recieve full credit. Opened box and/or items that have been installed are subject to an open box or reconditioning fee.
Electronic items are excluded from the open box policy and no refunds will be given to electronic items once the package has been opened!
