Front fender made just for M109R customers with a 21" front wheel.
6 degree trees required.

Installation Instructions
Step 1
Do not completely tighten any bolts until the final adjustments are made.
Remember, always mock-up before paint and check clearances!
Remove the stock fender and drill the front mounting holes to 1/4"
Step 2
Install the front brackets to the fender. Using a flat washer
in-between
the fender and the bracket will help prevent paint bubbles from coming around the edge of the bracket.
Note; there is a right and left front bracket, the mounting slots are positioned toward the rear of the bike.
Sumo-X logo is the right front as shown in the photo.
Step 3
Install the fender by rolling it around the tire, between the forks ,then line up the front brackets to the inside of the stock fork mounting tabs.
Step 4
Install the 1/4"x20 x 1" bolts supplied through the stock tabs and Sumo-x bracket and fasten with a 1/4" nyloc nut supplied.
Hint;...old timers trick, use a piece of paper to help hold the nut in the wrench, you may have to hold the nut in place and turn the bolt head to tighten.
Step 5
Install rear brackets (these are symmetrical) using supplied 1/4" bolts from the fender to the bracket and the supplied 6mm for the bracket into the bike forks. Notice this bracket locates on the outside of the stock mounting position. Also notice the adjustment slots, these are very helpful in achieving perfect alignment.
