The install wasn't too difficult, but it will definitely help if you have a moto jack. I installed it without removing the exhaust pipes. Basically, you just need to slide the axle out a couple of inches, and then slide the brake bracket in place being careful not to scratch it, nor your pipes. Just take your time. I also decided not to undo the brake line, but I was careful not too pull too much on it either.
Overall, the finished look is fantastic because it hides the brake caliper completely under the stock pipes. I recently added 3" ResTec pipes, and the caliper is still tucked in neatly underneath...if you are thinking of buying Sumo wheels, this bracket is a must to complete the look.
